Welcome to my page! My name is McCartney and I am a Registered Nurse and TN native. I graduated with my BSN, RN in 2015 and have spent the majority of my career specializing in Mother/Baby care. I have always had a passion for aesthetics and began to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse injector by receiving training and certification through Smiley Aesthetics. As one of Smiley's independent providers I am able to bring aesthetic services to the comfort of your home. Dr. Ryan Pickens holds a medical degree from the University of Louisville College of Medicine. With specialized training in urology from the University of Tennessee and a fellowship in Endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he brings extensive expertise to his practice.
